Xbox One supporterà le nuove DirectX 12

Un annuncio atteso da molti, per sfatare una “leggenda” (quella sulle nuove librerie della casa di Redmond) che durava da ormai troppo tempo: le DirectX 12 saranno disponibili anche per Xbox One. L’attesa sarà prolungata fino al Game Developers Conference del 20 Marzo, giornata nella quale Microsoft mostrerà la nuova versione delle librerie digitali, che promettono grandi cose per tutti gli sviluppatori legati alla console next-gen di MS. L’arrivo sul mercato della concorrenza, attraverso le nuove API Mantle rilasciate da AMD, ha così fatto uscire allo scoperto la casa americana, che presenterà la sua nuova creazione probabilmente tramite un evento dedicato interno alla Conferenza.
